How do I show the Company picnic on the schedule?

When you create the schedule item, be sure to select “company” in the “Event Type” dropdown. In the list of associates, if desired, you can select the associates to list as planing to attend. As usual, be sure to enter the start and end dates/times.

System won’t let me delete an Associate

Always remember, once an associate has hours in the system, they cannot be deleted. If the associate is no longer with the company, the appropriate action is to set a termination date. Do this from the “Edit Associate” command, by entering a date into the field “Termination Date”.
