I need more users, how do I upgrade my subscription level?

Please email us at support@smmware.com, and we will increase the number of allowable users for your SMMware site as well as adjust the level of the subscription fees. Note, the next months charge will be slightly higher as the difference is pro-rated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your monthly receipt has a link for managing your account. To log in, the webpage will ask to send you a confirmation email containing a security code. Once logged in, you’ll be able to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can email us at support@smmware.com and request cancellation.
