How do I update my credit card?

A.

If you need to change the credit card associated with your account, go to where https://www.smmware.com/card-capture-form/ where you can enter the new information.

IMPORTANT! Make sure that you use the same email address which your payment receipts are sent to, otherwise you will unintentionally start a new account. You should also match the capitalization.

When you submit your updated credit card information, you should see a green message block that says "Success! Saving card Successful!".

I’m ready to get started, how do I subscribe?

Training is offered via our training partners. To learn about them and the packages they offer, you can start at our Training Page.

I need more users, how do I upgrade my subscription level?

A.

Please email us at support@smmware.com, and we will increase the number of allowable users for your SMMware site as well as adjust the level of the subscription fees. Note, the next months charge will be slightly higher as the difference is pro-rated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

A.

Your monthly receipt has a link for managing your account. To log in, the webpage will ask to send you a confirmation email containing a security code. Once logged in, you'll be able to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can email us at support@smmware.com and request cancellation.

How long does it take to set up an account?

After you subscribe (using the Subscribe page), you will receive an email with your admin login in approximately 15 minutes.

A.

SMMware has been in continuous use since 2011.

In 2016, a significant effort was begun to add more features and make a variety of improvements in anticipation of offering it as a commercial product.

What kind of customization is offered for the look and feel?

A.

You can upload your own header image for the website, and a second image that is used for your invoices and sales quotes.

If you are not familiar with image editing tools, your subscription does come with one free theme, created by us. If you have an existing company logo, we will create a header images based on it. We will also match the overall color scheme to your company colors.

Why is SMMware the best choice for my company compared to competitors?

SMMware was created in collaboration with a well established Senior Move Management company (nationally accredited, with over 9 years of experience), and is geared towards the needs of this industry. As time passes and the needs of the industry change, this software will adapt with it. Other companies which are larger but more general purpose will not be as responsive to these changing conditions.

What is meant by “Cloud Based”?

A.

SMMware is software hosted on our server as opposed to installed on each associates own personal computer. Your associates can log in from any location as long as they have an internet connection. Also, all your data is gathered in one place, as opposed being housed on individual machines and then synchronized. SMMware is hosted using Amazon Web Services.
