- Time Entry: The new ‘smart control’ lets you type in the time directly, interprets abbreviated entries
- When you create a Sales Lead, and in turn create a Client record, you can now also create a new Client Rep directly from that page
- Assign Organizations to a Sales Lead or to a Job
- The ‘Plus Button’ at the top right of every page, lets you add new Clients, Jobs, etc
- Events can now have ‘Event Leads’, designating the person in charge for that particular event (compared to a Team Lead, in charge of the overall Job)

- You can now use ‘Type Ahead’ functionality for the Autofilling of addresses (in Clients, Jobs, Sales Leads)
- Tasks: There is now a ‘Review Required’ status that informs the Task Creator to review and revise the Task.
- You can customize the ‘Team Lead’ label for Jobs as desired
- When emailing Quotes and Invoices, the ‘To’ and ‘CC’ fields are now completely editable, although they are still autofilled to the email addresses of the client
- The Punch Clock can now round to 3 minute intervals, as an alternative to 15 minute intervals
- Search results now rank exact matches higher than partial matches. Also, sales lead custom fields are now searched
