“Attitude to Action” is my daily mantra, title of my monthly e-newsletter, and a keynote presentation. Why? Because I’m a firm believer of taking action, accepting responsibility for one’s own choices, being accountable for our choices, and seeing the glass half full. Am I an optimist? You bet! Regardless of the circumstances, I choose to see the positive. Do I ever get “down”, depressed or feel hopeless? Yes, at times, I do. I’m human. I also know that in order to get out of a dark hole, I have to change my ATTITUDE and find the positive, turning it into ACTION.
What about you? How do you handle “life’s curve balls”?
Some people choose to believe the worst will happen in life situations. The worst will happen if they trust or love others and choose to hang on to emotional clutter. Clutter begins in our minds and flows thru our body, choking our passageways and strangling our thoughts and emotions. Emotional clutter manifests itself into physical clutter by barricading ourselves from the outside world. Reality is negotiated by our stuff and relationships become non-existent.
