You can pull in all the elements that employees and team leads have entered into the system; hours, expenses, fees, & travel fees. Invoices can be simple flat amounts such as for deposits, or itemized. If you decide to turn this feature on, Team Leads can approve invoices.
With some clients, the more detail you provide, the more questions they will ask. Other clients are unhappy if the invoice is too sparse. Out of the box, SMMware provides PDF formats with three levels of detail, so that you can decide client by client which will make your client the happiest.
Lastly, our Profitability Report will compare your income from a job to your costs, as well as your estimated fees against your final billing.
