The Resource List in SMMware is a central repository where you can store contact information about Senior Living Centers, vendors, other Move Managers, etc.
It is divided into an Organization Manager and a Contact Manager. The Organization record is where general information goes about, for example, a Senior Living Center, and the Contact records store information about people who work for a given organization.
Both Organization and Contact profiles come with a File Manager. You may want to use that to store a PDF of standard floor plans for a given Senior Living Center.
You can also write Notes directly under these profiles, to form a history of your interactions.
And you can create Tasks within these profiles as well, perhaps reminding yourself to touch base with them.
Lastly, SMMware lets you indicate that a given Contact refers business to you, and has features to prod you to keep in touch and maintain these vital relationships.
